What are these terms?
These Terms tell you the rules for using our Site and Products. By accessing or using our Site, you confirm that you accept these terms and agree to abide by them. What are we doing?
We developed and launched Umay Protokol, a decentralized video chat protocol. Umay Protocol was developed and launched by the Umay team.
System requirements
Use of our Site and Products requires one or more compatible devices, internet access (fees may apply) and may require updates or upgrades from time to time. Because use of our Site or Products involves hardware, software and internet access, your ability to access and use the Site and the Products on it may be affected by the performance of these factors. High speed internet access is recommended. You acknowledge and agree that such system requirements, which may change from time to time, are your responsibility.
Additional conditions may apply to our products
Use of certain Products may be subject to additional terms, license agreements, confidentiality terms, export terms, subscription agreements or other terms and conditions ("Additional Terms") that apply to your access to or use of such Products. In the event of any conflict, inconsistency or variance between these Terms and the Additional Terms, the Additional Terms will prevail. We may add to or revise these terms at any time without notice to you. The revised terms will be effective when posted. Your continued use of the Products after changes to the Terms are posted constitutes your binding acceptance of the updated terms. If at any time the Terms are no longer acceptable to you, you must immediately stop using our site and Products in their entirety.

Use of our products
How can you use the materials on our site?

Content transmitted by you
Our products allow you to transmit content. You are solely responsible for that content, including whether you need the permission of any third party to use and distribute that content. We will not be responsible for any content transmitted or displayed through our Products.
Prohibited use
You agree that you will not use the Site or Products to (each, an "Objectionable Conduct"): (i) modify, extract, decompile, prepare derivative works, reverse engineer, or otherwise attempt to access the source code of the Site; (ii) intentionally or negligently use our networks or the Site in a manner that misuses, interferes with, or disrupts our networks or the Site; (iii) operate in an illegal, fraudulent, misleading, or false manner; (iv) submit material through the Site or our Products that may infringe the intellectual property or other rights of third parties; (v) copy any features, functions or graphics of the Site; or (vi) use our Site or Products to communicate any message or material that is harassing, defamatory, libelous, threatening, obscene, indecent, in violation of the intellectual property rights of any party or otherwise unlawful, give rise to civil liability or encourage conduct or behavior that may constitute a crime;
(vii) upload or transmit through our Site or through our Products any hardware, software or any software, content or code that is designed or intended to damage, disable, destroy or adversely affect the information or data of our other users; or (viii) use the Site or Products in violation of any of our policies or in a manner contrary to applicable laws, including, but not limited to, spam, foreign trade control, privacy and anti-terrorism laws and regulations, and laws and regulations requiring consent of the subjects of audio and video recordings, and you agree that your compliance with all such laws and regulations is your sole responsibility.
We have no tolerance for objectionable Content or users who misuse our Site or Products in violation of these Terms.
No representations and warranties
We make no representations, warranties, covenants or assurances of any kind to you and, to the extent permitted by applicable law, expressly disclaim all representations and warranties, whether express, implied or statutory. Our Products and Site are provided strictly "as is" and "where available" without any representation or warranty as to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, and without limiting the general statement above, no representation or warranty is made that our Products and Site will be operational, error-free, secure, confidential, reliable or safe, or any representation or warranty is made that our Products and Site will operate without interruption, delay or defect.
No exclusivity
Our Products are not exclusive. You agree that we may develop products or services that compete with our Products (including premium versions of the Products) or other products or services.
We can change these terms
We change these Terms from time to time. When you want to use our Site or Products, please check these Terms to make sure you understand the terms that apply at that time. When we do so, we will post the amended Terms on this page and indicate the date of such changes.
We may change our Site or Products, Based on Your Feedback
We may update and change our Site or Products from time to time and without notice to you.
We do not guarantee that our Products, our Site or any content available on our Site will always be available or uninterrupted. For business and operational reasons, we may suspend, withdraw or restrict the availability of all or part of our Site and Products. In such cases, we or our affiliates shall be entitled to equitable relief, including preventive and continuing relief, without posting a bond or other security.

We do not collect or otherwise process any Personal Information from you. By "Personal Information", we mean your name, email address, username, contact details or any information that, alone or in combination with other data, directly or indirectly allows you to identify, directly or indirectly, any information such as an IP address, device ID or other online identifier. For the avoidance of doubt, we do not maintain mailing lists, use cookies for advertising or analytics, or receive customer inquiries via email, contact forms or social media.
